Civil Aviation Ministry announced plans to invite bids for the modernisation of ten non-metropolitan airports in the next 45 to 60 days through a public-private partnership (PPP) model. The ten airports reportedly include Ahmedabad, Amritsar, Guwahati, Jaipur, Udaipur, Trivandrum, Lucknow, Madhurai, Mangalore and Goa.
