(c) Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation: Air India’s announced plans to launch its non stop flight AI-101/AI-102 on the Delhi-New York sector, effective February 8, 2008. With the introduction of this new flight, Air India will become the first carrier to offer non stop services between Delhi and JFK, New York.

(c) Centre for Asia Pacific Aviation: Air India has inducted the fourth Boeing 777-200LR (Longer Range) aircraft in its fleet. The aircraft arrived in Delhi from Seattle on 02 January 2008. The 238-seater aircraft has been configured with eight seats in the First Class, 35 in the Executive Class and 195 seats in the Economy Class.
